Scope of Work
Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual project agreements. Each project is unique and terms are discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
Payment & Delivery
Payment terms and schedules are negotiated per project. Source code and project assets are transferred to the client after full payment is received.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific business results, traffic numbers, or conversion rates. We deliver code, design, and technical solutions according to agreed specifications. Business outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive exclusive rights to the source code and deliverables created for your project. You own the code and can modify, deploy, and use it as needed.
Support & Maintenance
Post-launch support terms (including bugfix period and ongoing maintenance) are defined in each project agreement. Standard practice includes 1 month of bugfix support after launch.
